My Testimony
There was a time when I lost my home, my direction, and myself to addiction. I know what it feels like to be hungry, not just for food, but for hope. Through faith, I found a reason to keep going. That journey led to the Breaking Bread Foundation.
Breaking Bread Foundation is a faith driven nonprofit dedicated to serving the Georgia community through compassion, dignity, and shared resources. By baking and sharing homemade bread, we help address hunger, support pathways to stable housing, and uplift individuals in need without judgment.
Each batch we prepare creates two loaves—one for the customer and one for someone experiencing food insecurity. A portion of every purchase also supports programs that assist neighbors facing homelessness and individuals working to overcome addiction and rebuild their lives.
This mission is inspired by manna bread from the Bible, first mentioned in Exodus 16 — “bread from heaven” provided in the wilderness as a reminder that no one is forgotten.
Our Signature White Sandwich Bread is crafted with premium King Arthur Bread Flour, made from 100% U.S. Hard Red Wheat grown on American farms. The result? A superior loaf with exceptional structure, flavor, and that perfect soft bite.
Each loaf is baked until it reaches a beautiful golden, buttery crust, while the inside stays irresistibly fluffy and tender. It slices cleanly, toasts evenly, and holds up beautifully to everything from stacked deli sandwiches to simple buttered toast.
To ensure you receive it at peak quality, every loaf is frozen immediately after baking to lock in freshness during delivery. Prefer it fresh? You can opt out of freezing at checkout.
